My name is Vanessa Cooney and have worked in and around the wedding industry for over 25 years. Over those years I have witnessed the perms of the 80's, frills of the 90's, the fabulous extravagance of the 00's to today. As a Wedding Ceremony Curator, I work with busy couples in Ireland and across the globe, who plan to celebrate their wedding day here in Ireland; just like you, supplying a 'One Stop Shop' style to planning your wedding ceremony, providing you with nearly everything you need for that part of your Special Day. My engaged couples are parents, busy working career couples, couples who find event planning is not their strongest skill, who live abroad, juggling work, home, children, other responsibilities, life in general. I know only too well the stress involved planning and making most of the decisions for one of the most important days of your lives. I am here to take some of that stress away, working in an efficient PA attitude, straight and fluff free.
As your prospective wedding ceremony singer and wedding supplier, saying those words 'I Do!', in front of your loved ones is a moment you will cherish forever. Music creates a perfect ambiance and theme setting for your special day. It is my goal to ensure you get the best out of your ceremony. As a Mezzo Soprano sing light classical music to popular music, with over 25 years’ experience, winning over 25 competitions, is very well known for my musical performances over many decades and TV presenting in the North East of Ireland and I'm proud to disclose I was positioned Runner Up in a World Singing Competition against 25 other countries, winning a Silver Medal for Ireland in 2007 in Bangkok City.
I have wonderful musical accompaniment when I am singing at weddings., keyboard, guitar and male backing vocals should you wish. I cover both Wedding Mass and Church Ceremonies and Civil Ceremonies all across Ireland. I can work on my own using tracks for Civil Ceremonies for a more budget friendly music package.
Myself and Dave also offer you the option to book reception music too. Get in contact to discuss what you have in mind. I would love to have a chat with you. Virtual meetings are available and I will always do my best to work around your busy schedules.
